In addition to a prime location, 919 Boston Court features EASY MEG, our exterior grade phenolic façade system. 

This luxury residential building is in the heart of Pasadena’s Playhouse District. It is within walking distance to Lake Metro station and around the corner from the prestigious Lake Avenue Financial District offering close proximity to Old Town Pasadena, the Paseo, restaurants, the Rose Bowl and Boston Court Theater.

The EASY MEG facade is low maintenance, UV stable, impact resistant. It is designed to suit any exterior façade project requirement. Available in sixteen colors and fabricated at our facility in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, EASY MEG is designed to make life – easy.
