The Easton Apartments, designed by Eppstein Uhen Architects, showcases the best in modern apartment living in Milwaukee’s hip, residential, Lower East Side.

Close to coffee houses, cocktail lounges and live music venues, The Easton also offers access to Veterans Park, a popular spot for paddleboat and kayak rentals.

Eppstein Uhen Architects chose MEG for this building after a positive experience with the product on a previous project. MEG offered an aesthetic that was superior than similar exterior grade phenolic systems at a competitive price that worked well with the project budget.
