Labgrade Plus Collection
Thanks to its very high resistance to impact, wear, water, humidity and chemical agents, the Labgrade range is particularly fit for all applications where a certain resistance to aggressive chemical agents is required.
Labgrade has been developed for specific resistance to aggressive chemical substances and passes the SEFA 8 test. Labgrade Plus is manufactured with an acrylo-urethane surface making it a technologically superior product. It has passed the SEFA 3 test and consistently out performs other compact laminate products on the market.
Labgrade and Labgrade Plus are excellent choices for work surfaces in the chemical, cosmetics and photography laboratory spaces.
The Labgrade surface is smooth to touch, resistant, non-toxic and inert.
The decorative paper on the front and back of the phenolic panel and its kraft paper core, are loaded into a press where it is baked (at the temperature of 150 °C) and compressed (up to 9 MPa). The polycondensation reaction forms chemical cross-links that bond the phenolic and melamine resins together.
Neutral and delicate shades combined with classic black form the chromatic Labgrade palette.
The Labgrade collection comprises 5 neutral solid colors in Sei and Zodia finishes. Labgrade Plus is made out of 3 solid and one printed color in Skin finish.
