What are Phenolic Panels?

Phenolic Panels are high pressure laminates that are durable and non-porous making them both impact resistant and simple to maintain.

They are manufactured with a core of phenolic resin impregnated kraft paper and a melamine impregnated decorative layer.

These layers of resin impregnated paper are put into a press where they are compressed at high pressure and baked at high temperature. The result is a panel that is resistant to moisture, weathering and impact

Phenolic Panels are perfect for high traffic areas. They are strong, durable and resistant to a variety of chemicals including harsh cleaners and solvents used to remove grafitti.

Stratificato and Stratificato QSP are phenolic panels designed for interiors and can be used for wall cladding, toilet partitions, work surfaces and lockers.

MEG and MEG QSP (formerly Stonewood Architectural Panels) are UV resistant phenolic panels that are perfect for facade cladding.

Stratificato QSP and MEG QSP are proudly manufactured in the USA.
